How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary depending on your location, product availability, and carrier delays. Once your order ships, you should receive tracking information if available.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at palmsupps@gmail.com. If your order has not started processing yet, we may be able to help. Once an order is processing or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns for unopened and unused items. Since supplements are consumable products, opened products cannot be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at palmsupps@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
Are your products medical treatments?
No. Palm Supps products are supplements and wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
